Customers under the age of 18 can purchase with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, as long as the animals purchased do not have potent venom.
NO ANIMALS WITH POTENT VENOM WILL BE SOLD TO CUSTOMERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE. For the purchase of animals with potent venom, we need to be provided proof (at least 1 item, though a second may be requested) that the purchaser is at least 18 years of age. A government issued photo ID (ex: drivers license, provincial health card, or passport) that shows date of birth and address should be one. A secondary can be a number of items, such as a credit card or utility bill sent to the purchaser’s address. If proof of age cannot be provided, we will not sell these animals. We reserve the right to not sell these animals if we have any reason to believe that 1.) the items showing proof of age are not legitimate (forged or stolen) 2.) the animals will be under the care of a minor, or 3.) the purchaser will not care for these animals in a responsible, safe manner.

SHIPPING
A complete address must be provided for shipping, this includes your full name, email, phone number, and address
If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, including the phone number and email, and the package is unable to be delivered, the buyer will be held responsible for all losses. this includes animals and courier fees. The Live Arrival Guarantee will be void, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
Shipping is weather dependent. When you place an order we will ship it on the following Tuesday weather permitting. If we don't think the weather is safe to ship that week, we will hold your item until it is safe.
All orders placed before Monday at 12pm noon will be shipped the following day if weather permits.
PAYMENT
All payments must be completed before your order will be processed or shipped
We accept e-transfer, and most major credit/debit cards for payment including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For pickup orders, Cash is also an option.
If sending payment via e-transfer, please follow the instructions below. 1. send total amount to minibeastscanada@gmail.com if your bank requires you to add a password, please make it minibeasts1 2. please include your full name and order number in the comments3. once payment is received, your order will be sent out the following Tuesday weather dependent! If payment is not received within 24h, your order will be cancelled.
3 DAY GUARANTEE
The lives and health of the animals, shipped or purchased in person, are guaranteed for 3 days after they have reached the hands of the purchaser. If any health problems are observed within the three day period, we must be notified immediately when the problem is observed. After that time, no refunds or replacements will be issued, as the life and health of the specimens are then the responsibility of the purchaser. In the event of an animal's death in the 3 day period of guarantee, the animals will be replaced or refunded (only if no replacements are available), but shipping fees must be paid again and are not refundable. Deaths due to accidents, neglect, improper care, or irresponsibility on the part of the new owner are not covered. Deaths that result from animals being housed communally are not covered. Proof of the animal's death via photograph is also required. We must be notified of any deaths within 24 hours of the death of the animal(s), or the 3 day guarantee will be void
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Mini Beasts Canadaoffers a live arrival guarantee with all animal purchases that require shipping. In case of a DOA (dead on arrival) please contact us within 3 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the specimen to show that it has not made it alive. The specimen you purchased will be replaced with an identical specimen (buyer pays shipping), or if unavailable a refund minus the shipping cost. Unfortunately I cannot control the package once it is sent so the shipping cost is non-refundable. While we do our best to ensure safe travels, though rare, it is possible for DOAs to happen, so if this does happen, it is important that you contact us immediately. Thank you
